‘The City of Eternal Spring’ celebrates its annual Flower Festival in December, celebrating the mountain town’s most exquisite blossoms. Exhibits will feature beautiful outdoor flower arrangements across the city and around Xuan Huong Lake, including bonsai exhibitions and vegetable displays.
