- Full day excursion to Ajanta & Ellora Caves (MONDAY CLOSED)
- Ajanta Caves: You will visit most of the thirty temples, which have been carved out of a cliff by Buddhist monks between the 2nd century BC and 7th century AD. Although the Ajanta paintings are particularly notable, there are many interesting sculptures as well. Many of the caves are dark, and without a light, the paintings are hard to see.
- Ellora Caves: Visit the extraordinary cave temples of Ellora (MONDAY CLOSED) which are about 30 kms from Aurangabad. The sculptures are remarkable and the main feature of interest is the Kailasa Temple. Chronologically, the Ellora caves start where the Ajanta caves finish. In all there 34 caves at Ellora: 12 Buddhist, 17 Hindu & 5 Jain.

- Morning drive to Jodhpur (259 kms/6 hrs), enroute visiting Ranakpur.
- Visit the famous Jain Temple, dating back to the 15th century. Its 29 halls are supported by 200 pillars, none of which are alike. The Temple abounds with intricate friezes and sculptures. This tour includes visits to two more Jain temples and to the Temple of the Sun God, with its erotic sculptures.

- Visit the Fort, rising up a hilly scrap, built on the advice of a hermit, which overlooks the city in the image of a long sentinel. Inside the Fort are a number of palaces, which have been added by the set of successive rulers.
- Also visit Mandore Gardens – the ancient capital of the State of Marwar is today set in the midst of a floral garden. The cenotaphs of the former rulers are imposing and architecturally remarkable.

- Morning, excursion to Amber Fort. Enjoy the ascent on elephant-back up to the fort. Tour the chambers and hallways of the palace, which are famous for their excellence in design and decoration.
- Afternoon, tour of Jaipur, popularly known as “The Pink City of Rajasthan”. Visit the unique Jantar Mantar Observatory, which was built in the 1700’s and yet even today, looks futuristic or almost surrealistic.
- Visit the City Palace and its Museum, the Hawa Mahal, also know as the Palace of Winds.

- Morning, drive from Jaipur to Agra (221 kms/6 hours) enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri. This deserted, red sandstone city, built by Emperor Akbar, now glows in its magnificent past. Also visit the Buland Darwaza (The Gate of Victory), set in the south wall.

- Morning, experience the TAJ MAHAL (closed on Fridays) – one of the seven wonders of the world.
- This beautiful mausoleum in pure white marble, took 22 years and 22000 craftsmen to build it. This monument was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved consort Mumtaz Mahal,
- Also visit Agra Fort, whose maze of courtyard, mosque and private chambers reflect the grandeur of the Mughal Empire.

- The mausoleum of Akbar lies at the centre of a huge garden, which is enclosed by high walls. The main enterance is inlaid with white marble and each corner of the gateway seats four marble minarets.

- Early morning, drive to Daswamedh Ghat and take a boat ride on the sacred river Ganges. Continue by boat to see burning and bathing Ghats.

- Afternoon, sightseeing tour of New Delhi visiting Humayun’s Tomb (1565 AD), aptly called the predecessor of The Taj Mahal. Drive past
- Safdarjang’s Tomb (1753 AD). Visit the Qutab Minar (72 m high) – the most perfect of towers of the Persian world. Within the Qutab complex, amidst the ruins of Quwat-ul-Islam mosque, stands the Iron pillar which has stood the variances of weather and has not rusted over 1500 years.
- The drive through New Delhi includes the Embassy area (Diplomatic enclave), Government buildings and Connaught Place, New Delhi’s main shopping area.
